1. Platform overview
SiteHustle connects local businesses with professional websites through trusted referrals. SiteHustlers may earn commissions when referred businesses become paying clients.
2. SiteHustler accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Referrals
You may only submit referrals when you have permission to share the business contact details. Duplicate or fraudulent referrals may be rejected. Commission amounts and payout rules are shown in your dashboard and may be updated with notice.
4. Payouts
Commissions become eligible after a referred client pays. Payouts are subject to admin review, minimum thresholds, and applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
5. Business owners
Website packages, pricing, and delivery timelines are presented at checkout. Refund and project policies are communicated during onboarding.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, spam businesses, misrepresent SiteHustle, or attempt to circumvent referral tracking.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
